2. How we use your data

To provide the transcription service, process payments, support your account, protect against abuse (rate limiting), and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third parties that process data

OpenAI (speech recognition — audio is sent for processing) • Cloudflare R2 (file storage) • Neon (database) • Paddle.com Market Limited (payment processing, acts as Merchant of Record) • Google (Google sign-in) • Vercel (hosting) • Sentry (technical error monitoring) • Inngest (background transcription processing).

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your chosen interface language, and remember your theme preference (light/dark). These cookies are necessary for the site to function.

5. Data retention

Uploaded files and transcripts are stored for as long as your account exists. Self-service file deletion is not currently available through the interface — to request deletion, contact the email below.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting kazmirchuk007@gmail.com.

7. Security

We apply technical safeguards (password hashing, access restrictions, private file storage), though no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

8. Age requirement

The service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from such individuals.
